Only contacted them for change of lock for my commercial business. They are the worst. Technician didn't know what he was doing. Broke our door push bar, couldn't rekey and security gate and changed out our front entrance door lock with a Lowes brand lock on a commercial space and he even broke one of the keys. No need in contacting them, as they will not guarantee their work. I have the Check PAID to prove that they did the service.
